Mexican Fever

Tensions over the immigration bill have grown to an all time high as the problem comes to schools across the nation. In the article linked to, several Hispanic students at a public high school took down the American flag and raised the Mexican flag only to watch other students burn it. This upsets me - it shows how immigrants consider their heritage more important than the country they live in. A congressman that supports the immigration bill had a great phrase about how we should not adapt our culture to the immigrants but that they should adapt to us. I feel this immigration bill is a giant leap in the right direction - these ppl are illegaly crossing the border, illegaly working, and illegaly working here. I don't give a shit if there poor - they're breaking the law!
If any student at my school even thinks about raising the Mexican flag I will march right out to the courtyard with lighter in hand and burn that piece of shit to ashes. Better yet, I'll tape the whole thing and post the vid right here...

Freediom Riots

Looks there's some crazy shit going on in France - who knew they had that much energy in them? Just wrangle up all those teens and put them in the French army (oxymoron :P) and maybe they'll finally get some respect.





Other big news is Moussaoui's courtroom confession to alleged role in the 9/11 attacks. He claims that he and Richard Reid (the failed shoe bomber) were to commander a 5th plane on that fateful morning and fly it into the white house. Is it just me or does that seem like and awfully low and small target to hit? If you miss its not like you can have another go.... *UPDATE* here's an article about new testimony from an Al-Queda operative that claims Moussaoui had no role in the 9/11 plot, more to follow.....
