Condi's workout

Here's the clip for Condoleeza Rice and her workout routine - kinda bland....

Jesus is Goldiggin'

Kanye west is a crazy little mofo. First he promotes racism in the Katrina help efforts, then he says he should be in the bible, and now he's promoting violence with the shooting of 2 ushers at his concert. His music really isn't that good - i think the sudden popularity has given him the encouragement to blurt out any crazy idea he has in that miniscule head of his. Just say no to Kanye - he's bringing down the music industry, african-americans, and humanity in general.

Peace out,

Buns of Honor w/ Condi

I thought this was quite amusing - Condoleeza Rice will begin to show off her daily excercise routines on a Washington, DC TV station. I live in the broadcast area so I'll be sure to tivo it and have it posted soon. That reminds me of the Russian politician that bad-mouthed Condi cuz she gave him a tough time. I'm still looking for the article, but I remember him saying that Condi needed a man to keep her in line. Anyways, here's some more big news - Iraq is heading towards religious civil war as the Sunnis and Shiites duke it out in the streets of Baghdad. Nearly 1300 Iraqis have died since Wednesday and armed militias are patrolling the streets looking for opposition to execute. Every day we move closer and closer to World War 3......

Duck and cover,

Katrina Donations

Donations for Katrina are two-thirds gone - doesn't surprise me as non-profit organizations aren't thrifty when their donation pot is a jingling. That's why I don't like to donate to organizations like the Red Cross as they focus on the short term. If I donate $20 or some of time, I want to make sure that my money will ultimately benefit humanity for years to come. For example, I used to spare a couple million CPU cycles to SETI@home (pre-BOINC). I also like to donate a couple dollars via paypal to organizations or people that a like, such as Pirate Bay or the facade group. Anyways, that's my opinion - not much facts to back it up though.

So I'm sitting here in Business Principles and Practices "working" on a project about international business in a specific country. With current political events in mind and having recently watched Speilburg's "Munich" (not that great, worth a rental), I chose Israel. I'm going to be honest - I find myself understanding the Palestinian cause. Don't get your panties in a bunch, i'm not a suicide bomber - I simply feel that you should read about the Israeli-Palestinean conflict before you side with one group. I'll probably research some more before I declare my official opinion.

Shalom,
Ian M. Gibson

PS: Check out the Ali-G show - I just started watching it and it is hilarious!

Hillary in 2008?

Word on the street is that Hillary Clinton is looking to take the democratic nomination in 2008 - this troubles me. No, I'm not sexist, I just don't like Hillary. First of all, she barely did anything when Bill got caught with his dick in the cookie jar. Plus her whole Grand Theft Hillary (that phrase is 'em 'effin tizite) sex scandal thing consisted of her ignoring the facts and blowing things way out of proportion. Finally, her actions in the Roberts and Alito hearings appaled me - she feels that a federal judge should have opinions and views prior to actually hearing the facts of the case. Things are looking grim for Hillary haters - in a 2005 poll 41% of democrats prefered her for the 2008 presidential bid. Plz don't vote for this bitch, or at least look up the facts if you do....

Peace ya'll,
